![]() Now you are exploring other programmers and debuggers. ![]() Yet AFAIK you have yet to get anything built and working, even a blinky LED. ![]() I wrote an article about the design of this product, called "Taming the Big Bang": The universal programmers also have some capability of testing various TTL logic devices, and one of the most popular uses is reflashing the microcontroller (probably 8051 variants) in automotive ECUs for performance upgrades.Īpparently you already have all the tools and components you need to do the Gooligum tutorials, and you say you are "getting serious" about starting your odyssey into PIC programming. So there needs to be a way to reprogram the 27C512 EPROMs. The original modules have been obsolete for quite a while, and he is now marketing a totally redesigned "MAC-21", but there are hundreds of these older products that still need to be serviced. It is called the MAC-20, and it used a Z-180 "SmartCore" made by Z-World, which is now and the modules are their "Rabbit" product line. Just yesterday my friend at asked me about modifying the EPROM program for a product I developed around 1992 and he then used it as the "heart" of various test sets we were designing, as well as retrofitting older units. ![]() It can be handy if you work on legacy products that use older technology. ![]()

![]() ![]() I can see that it's trying to go for a cartoony route (like the other episodes in the Post-Sequel era) but the way that this Episode did it was obnoxious. It's the first episode in the Series that gave me a headache, but that was the first time i experienced the Episode so i gave it another chanceand it did the exact same thing that happened with my first experience in the 2nd experiencei don't see this Episode as a harmful Episode (I can give it this, it's far better than Ink Lemonade). But i really didn't like The Nitwitting, in fact. SpongeBob and Patrick turn the pineapple into a mobile home to take Squidward on the road trip he deserves. ![]() ![]() ![]() All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
